INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you sign up or request a free homepage preview, we collect your name, business name, trade, service cities, phone number, email, domain preference, and any photos, logos, or details you send us through our forms. We also collect any information submitted through forms on your site and information shared during calls to your tracked phone numbers. Billing information is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
HOW WE USE IT
We use your information to build your free homepage preview, provide our website and follow-up services, communicate with you about your account and onboarding, and process payments. We never sell your data to third parties.
CALL RECORDING
Calls to your tracked BlueTaip phone numbers may be recorded for quality assurance and lead tracking. Recorded calls help us review how leads are handled so we can improve your follow-up.
COOKIES AND ANALYTICS
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our site and yours, including through analytics tools and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These tools help us measure traffic and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
THIRD-PARTY PROCESSORS
We rely on trusted third-party services to run the system, including Stripe for payment processing and our CRM and communications platform for hosting, lead management, and messaging. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security standards.
DATA RETENTION
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. After cancellation, we retain billing and lead records as required by law, then delete or de-identify the rest. Your domain is transferred to you on cancellation.
REQUESTING DELETION
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email support@bluetaip.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGING
If you opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number only to send messages related to your preview, account, and support. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
