1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website at https://www.bluetaip.com ("Site") or purchasing any services ("Services") from Bluetaip LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Site or our Services.
2. Description of Services
Bluetaip provides digital marketing services specifically for home service professionals. Our standard "Growth Partner Package" includes:

Google Business Profile (GBP) management and optimization.

Creation of one (1) "Town Page" or Service Page per month.

Technical website maintenance and hosting via Wix Studio.

Call tracking implementation via CallRail.

Monthly reporting.

Scope Limitations: Any services outside this specific list (including but not limited to: graphic design, social media content creation, email marketing, or custom software development) are not included and may require a separate agreement and fee.
3. Payments and Billing

Recurring Billing: Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis at the agreed-upon rate (currently $1,500/mo).

Automatic Charges: By purchasing a plan, you authorize Bluetaip to charge your payment method automatically every 30 days.

Failed Payments: If a payment fails, services may be paused immediately. We are not responsible for any loss of rankings or data during a service suspension due to non-payment.
4. No Guarantees (SEO & Rankings)
While Bluetaip uses industry-best practices, automation, and AI tools to improve your online visibility:

We do NOT guarantee specific rankings: Google’s algorithm is a third-party system outside of our control. No agency can guarantee a #1 ranking.

We do NOT guarantee specific revenue numbers: We provide the traffic and the tracking; closing the sales is the responsibility of your business.
5. Cancellation and Termination

Month-to-Month: There are no long-term contracts. You are free to cancel at any time.

Notice Period: To cancel services, you must provide written notice (via email to support@bluetaip.com) 30 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Offboarding: Upon cancellation, you retain ownership of your domain name and the content we have created for you, provided your account is paid in full. We will transfer site ownership to your personal Wix account. Phone numbers may be transferred to your own account upon request.
6. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain ownership of your business data, logo, and customer lists.

Our Methods: Bluetaip retains ownership of our proprietary underlying strategies, templates, and automation workflows.
7. Third-Party Tools
We utilize third-party tools. We are not liable for service outages, data breaches, or policy changes enacted by these third-party platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Bluetaip LLC, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of revenue or data) arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Bluetaip during the one (1) month prior to the incident.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
