REFUND POLICY

Bluetaip LLC (“BlueTaip,” “we,” “us”)
THE 30-DAY WINDOW
Eligible for a full first-month refund if requested within 30 days of the site going live. The 30-day window starts the day the site goes live, not the day you pay. If a second month is billed before you request the refund inside that window, we also refund that second charge.
AFTER 30 DAYS
After 30 days, cancel anytime with no further charges. You are not billed again once you cancel.
WHAT STAYS, WHAT GOES
The domain is transferred to the customer on cancel. You keep the domain. We can export the site files so you are not stuck. Hosting, the monthly change concierge, and lead alerts stop when you cancel.
