Bluetaip LLC (“BlueTaip,” “we,” “us”)
THE SERVICE
Bluetaip LLC ("BlueTaip," "we," "us") provides a done-for-you 17-page contractor website on our proven template, with your trade, cities, photos, colors, and phone number. The plan includes domain registration and renewal, hosting, security, maintenance, local schema markup, maps and FAQs on every page, a CRM with call tracking and recording, missed-call text-back, automated SMS follow-up, automatic review requests, instant lead alerts, and one monthly change request by email.
PRICING AND BILLING
The BlueTaip All-in-One Plan is $299 per month, billed monthly. No setup fee. No contract. You may cancel anytime and will not be billed again. This is a website and follow-up system, not a Google Ads management, Google Business Profile posting, or guaranteed ranking service.
LAUNCH TIMELINE
Your site goes live within 3 business days of your completed intake form. The timeline starts once we have your trade, cities, phone, logo, and photos.
MONTHLY CHANGES
One change request per month by email: swap photos, update pricing, add or edit a service, fix a phone number or city. A full redesign is not a monthly change.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Full first-month refund if requested within 30 days of your site going live. After 30 days, no refund is owed for past months. On cancellation, your domain is transferred to you. The hosted site and the follow-up system stay with BlueTaip. See our Refund Policy for full details.
DOMAIN OWNERSHIP
You own the domain. We register and renew it on your behalf. If you cancel, we transfer the domain to you.
SMS TERMS
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from BlueTaip about your preview, account, onboarding, and support. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@bluetaip.com or (385) 469-6583. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
