This SMS / Texting Consent Disclosure ("Disclosure") explains how Bluetaip ("Bluetaip," "we," "us," or "our") and its clients use text messaging (SMS/MMS) to communicate with customers, leads, and other contacts. It applies both to messages we send on our own behalf and to messages sent through systems we build and operate for our clients, including automated missed-call text-back and lead-nurture services.

1. CONSENT TO RECEIVE MESSAGES

By providing your mobile phone number to Bluetaip or to one of our clients — for example, by submitting a web form, calling and missing a connection, requesting information, or otherwise opting in — you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages at that number. These messages may be sent using an automated system. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

2. TYPES OF MESSAGES

Messages may include responses to your inquiries, appointment and service updates, missed-call text-back replies, review requests, follow-ups, account or order notifications, and, where you have opted in, promotional or marketing offers.

3. MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions and the type of messages you have opted into. You may receive messages in response to your activity as well as periodic updates or offers.

4. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Bluetaip and its clients are not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. HOW TO OPT OUT

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After you reply STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at Support@bluetaip.com to be removed.

6. HOW TO GET HELP

7. SUPPORTED CARRIERS

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the capabilities and terms of your mobile carrier.

8. PRIVACY

Information collected through text messaging, including your phone number and message content, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your mobile information, and mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. CHANGES TO THIS DISCLOSURE

We may update this Disclosure from time to time. The current version will always be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
